Each export task is charged based on the number of items copied, except for orders which are charged at a flat rate. Per-item pricing includes minimum and maximum limits to ensure fair and predictable costs.

Note: When copying customer information, customers that already exist in the destination store will be skipped.

Note: When exporting orders, the associated customers and products must also be exported, as each order contains customer and product information. Additionally, please note that when copying orders, any orders containing deleted products will be skipped.

Note: When copying orders, fulfillment services and tracking numbers are not created automatically. If needed, you may contact us by email and we can assist with adding the fulfillments and syncing the tracking numbers separately.

Note: If the products you are copying contain a large number of SKUs, please note that Shopify imposes a daily limit on product variants:

Once a store reaches 50,000 product variants, Shopify allows no more than 1,000 new variants to be created per day.
If your copying task would exceed this limit, the process will automatically pause for the rest of the day.
Copying will resume the next day after Shopify’s daily limit resets, and will continue until the task is fully completed.

This ensures your store remains stable and within Shopify’s platform limits, while allowing your copy task to complete over multiple days if needed.
